30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. The guarantee applies to opened bottles too — we would rather you try the full cycle than leave a sealed box on a shelf.
How to request a refund
Email contact@ivermectin-us.life with your order number and the reason for the return. We confirm within one business day and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Send a photo of the package within 7 days of delivery and we ship a free replacement immediately. You never have to return a damaged item.
Bundles and multi-month packs
Bundles are refundable in full within the 30-day window. After that, unopened bottles from a bundle can be returned for store credit.
